Eligibility

Age Limit

The cut-off date for calculating the age limit for NPCIL Assistant Grade 1 is 25th June 2024. The age criteria for different posts are as follows:

• Assistant Grade-1 (HR) Posts: The candidate’s age should be between 21 to 28 years old.
• Assistant Grade-1 (C&MM) Posts: The candidate’s age should be between 21 to 28 years old.
• Assistant Grade-1 (F&A) Posts: The candidate’s age should be between 21 to 28 years old.

NPCIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure

The following selection process will be used to determine the applicants for NPCIL Recruitment 2024. To be appointed to the above-mentioned posts, candidates must be qualified at every level.

• Stage 1: Written Exam
• Stage 2: Typewriting test on PC
• Stage 3: Computer Proficiency Test
• Stage 4: Document Verification
• Stage 5: Merit List

NPCIL Assistant Grade 1 Exam Pattern

In this recruitment process, two tests will be conducted which are given below:

• Preliminary Test
• Advanced Test

Stage 1: Preliminary Test

In the pre-test, 50 questions will be asked. Each question will carry 03 marks. There will be a negative marking of 01 mark for every wrong answer. This test will consist of the following topics:

• General Knowledge and Current Affairs- 25 Questions
• Computer Knowledge- 15 Questions
• English- 10 Questions

Stage 2: Advanced Test

In the advanced test, 50 questions will be there. This test is of 150 marks. The time duration for this exam is 2 hours. This test includes the following topics:

• Quantitative Aptitude- 25 Questions
• Critical Reasoning- 25 Questions

Stage 3: Skill Test

The skill consists of two tests which are qualifying in nature. The two tests are:

• Typewriting Test on Personal Computer (PC)
• Computer Proficiency Test on Personal Computer (PC)
