Candidates must confirm that they fulfill all the qualifying criteria before applying for the position. However, the Commission has depicted the requirements for eligibility conditions as follows:

NIOS Recruitment 2023 Education Qualification

Deputy Director (Capacity Building Cell)

• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any subject.
• Officers holding analogous posts i.e. Level-12 or 5 years of regular and continuous service in Level-11.
• Experience in Organizing Training Programmes/Seminars/Workshops/ Conferences.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Deputy Director (Academic)

• 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any subject.
• 5 years of regular service on the scale of Level-11 or 10 years of regular service in Level-10.
• Knowledge of computer operations.
• Experience in the organization of Seminars, conferences, and Orientation programs for key personnel.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English.

Assistant Director (Administration)

• Second class Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of regular and continuous service on a scale of level 10 or 8 years of continuous regular service on a scale of level 7.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English & computer operation.

Academic Officer (Paramedical Courses/ Teacher Education/ Technology/ Computer Science)

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade and good academic records.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English & computer operation.

Section Officer

• 2nd Class Graduate.
• At least 5 years of regular continuous service on the scale of Level 6 or 10 years of regular continuous service on the scale of Level-4.

Public Relation Officer

• 2nd class Master’s degree in any subject.
• Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising/Mass Communication/ Journalism. OR 5 years experience in the Public Relations Department.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English & computer operation.

EDP Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/Hardware Engineering or its equivalent.
• 3 years experience in programming and system Development.

Graphic Artist

• 2nd class Graduate with a Diploma in Fine Arts.
• Certificate in Multimedia from a reputed Institution recognized by the Department of Electronics.
• Proficiency in computer Animation/Preparation of Multimedia Packages.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• 03-year diploma in Electrical Engineering/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 03 Years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering and maintenance work as an officer.
• Working knowledge of Hindi/English & computer operation.

Assistant

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
• Proficiency in-office procedure, noting, drafting, and knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations.
• Working on a computer with a speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Stenographer

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
• Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Practice.
• Speed in shorthand in English/Hindi @80 w.p.m. with computer speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

Junior Officer

• Senior Secondary from a recognized Board.
• Working on computers with a speed of not less than 6000 key depressions per hour.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Candidates should have a Primary School Pass from any recognized board.
